By using this site and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
- All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated.
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Preorders must be paid in full at checkout.
- Preorders are placed with suppliers based on customer orders. Because of this, preorder cancellations are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
- Product availability may change due to demand. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with refund or exchange options.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.
- Sweet Convenience is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or incorrect.
